The PROMISE project (MIG-20241125) coordinated by Tecnobit, “UNIFIED REPROGRAMMABLE HYBRID INTEGRATED PHOTONIC CIRCUIT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS, QUANTUM, SENSORY AND SPACE AND SECURITY SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS”, has been subsidized by the CDTI and supported by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. It belongs to the 2024 call of the “Science and Innovation Missions Program”, and it is a robust and coherent proposal with the objectives of “Mission 3: Development and strengthening of the Spanish integrated photonics ecosystem”.
The PROMISE project is focused on cooperating in industrial research of the main photonic technologies, in a transversal and integrated way. The consortium formed by TECNOBIT, S.L, TELEFÓNICA INNOVACIÓN DIGITAL S.L.U., QUSIDE TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., SPARC FOUNDRY, S.L., and ZEPREN SOLUTIONS, S.L. It will lead the development of new solutions, both complete systems and components, architectures or subsystems, including the integration of different innovative photonic technologies based on different frequency ranges that allow their subsequent application in reference industrial sectors.
